SPLIT PHASE – 3024LV-MSD


  • The 3024LV-MSD is a new LV model derived from its predecessor (2424LV-MSD, 120VAC output) with the following 6 new upgraded feature:

    • High PV input design 250V (Voc)
    • Parallel support now up to 9 units
    • Split phase support 120/240VAC (via parallel)
    • Batteryless design battery optional
    • Built-in parallel kit
    • BMS port lithium battery communication*
    • Built-in WIFI (new)

    Similar to the LV2424 and 3048LV-MK, the 3024LV-MSD is also a 120V output inverter alone but can parallel into split phase output (120V/240V) with 2 units or more.  Also, parallel configuration comes in 3 types: single phase (120VAC), 3-phase (120/208VAC), or split phase (120V/240V)

    Important note about Batteryless Operation

    When configuring system in parallel using multiple units, please be sure that a battery MUST be used or otherwise it may cause system to work incorrectly, or possibly lead to damage.  Failure caused by the lack of a battery is considered as an installation error and will not be covered under warranty

    Using Generator as AC-Input

    • Generator power is recommended to be 50% larger than the inverter rating to reduce chances of overload.
    • Inverter-generator is recommended due to its cleaner output than conventional generators.  Unsuitable generator output may be rejected by the inverter.
